Our local doctors are inviting you to participate in their annual Prescription:Action! day that will be held at the Artisans' Square.
Kiosks on site.
11am : Community walk
11:30am: Community run
Noon: Kiosks open and beginning of the activities
1pm: Bootcamp for kids
2pm:Zumba (Artisans Square) and Tai Chi (park close to the marina)
2:45 pm: Introduction to Yoga
3pm Introduction to weight training
4pm: Closing of the kiosks
It's free!
On site, there will also be a healthy lunch kiosk, presented by IGA ($)
